Notice of Opportunity to Review/Comment on Medicaid Access Monitoring Plan
The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) is offering the opportunity to review and comment on its proposed Medicaid Service Access Monitoring Plan – October 2016. This plan is developed pursuant to 42 CFR 447.203, and describes how Kansas will address the terms of that new federal regulation within the context of the KanCare program through which nearly all Kansas Medicaid services are provided.
We are collecting public comment through September 23, 2016.
