Important Updates:

KanCare members may receive a call or letter to confirm their address. Members must respond promptly to avoid losing coverage. Tell us your current address or phone number by clicking the red chat box in the lower right corner of your screen, going to ApplyForKanCare.ks.gov, or calling 1-800-792-4884.

1095-B Form Update:

The KanCare program will no longer automatically mail out 1095-B forms because they are no longer required for filing income tax returns. To request a form copy be mailed to you, email KSXIX-MC-UNIT@GainwellTechnologies.com or call 1-866-305-5147. Frequently asked questions may be found on the KMAP Public Portal.

Welcome to the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, Division of Health Care Finance, (KDHE-DHCF) Kansas Medicaid Training page!

We offer computer based trainings, online courses, and recordings through our KanLearn system. Interested participants will need a KanLearn account to access trainings.

To create an account, download registration instructions.
DHCF employees should contact MedicaidTraining@ks.gov before creating a KanLearn account.

Once you've created an account, log in and search for the number 700 for a full list of available trainings.
